FLYING PEPPER CANTINA
Restaurants and hospitality projects present unique opportunities and experiences. Our team has to evaluate a building, the potential, the reality, and determine best customer experience and flow to ensure the end result is positive. We first stepped into this beautiful old building in 2017. Literally every surface on the first floor was sticky, we had to take breaks to warm our hands as it became impossible to hold onto a pen or a tape measure on the second floor, and the third floor was so pitch black it felt like we were playing a game of ghost in the graveyard with our flashlights. But our friends at Small Nation and The Flying Pepper Cantina had big dreams.
The Flying Pepper Cantina started out as a food truck and has grown into a sit-down restaurant featuring authentic Mexican cuisine, tequila bar and private dining space. It was important to our client that the environment feel warm and real with tactile finishes and showcase an awesome collection of Otomi art pieces.
