Sometimes, dream houses come in phases. The Revival Design Team was contacted to develop a beautiful barn for the Linton Family, with the anticipation of building the home at a later date. This meant our designers needed to not only plan a beautiful and functional floor plan and interior design for living spaces, but also make them adaptable to change as the house project developed. 

 

The Linton Residence was created to meet the current needs of the family and will also work for their big picture goals. The current office space we created will eventually turn into a master bedroom. The living space on the first floor of the barn will convert into a kids’ lounge as the home project continues. All bedrooms and bathrooms are lofted on the 2nd story of the barn structure which made for some beautiful views. We loved how this project turned out and are looking forward to the next phase.
